Update to PES 2019 confirmed for December 2018
The revisions concerning the usage of the term "Max Level Cap" made on 05/10/2018 have now been reflected in "PES 2019 Update: Changes to Player Levels (04/10/2018)" announcement post, as well as the FAQ.
The following information is a revision to certain areas of the “Changes to Player Levels” post initially published on 04/10/2018.
Specifically, Konami has made it clear that the term “Max Level Cap” used in the update refers to the number that represents a player's maximum level at any given time.
If this number is higher than 31 for a player when the PES 2019 update goes live, that player will have their level set to the new max level for the player.
The max level for players obtained from Regular Agents and Special Agents is 30. This means that if you've limit broken them even once, they will be set to the max level for that player during the update to PES 2019.
The maximum level for players obtained from Scouts, on the other hand, cannot be raised above 30, meaning that these players will be set to level 30 when the update goes live.
These amendments will be added to both the "PES 2019 Update: Changes to Player Levels" post and the FAQ in the coming days.

Earlier on 20/09/2018 Konami reported the points of interest of the hotly anticipated PES 2019 update for portable (mobile) booked for release later this year."We have since received a large amount of feedback from the community regarding some of the changes planned"
After careful consideration, konami has decided to to reset all players to level 1 along with the implementation of the update.
Additionally, As announced previously, the PES 2019 update will introduce a new system whereby each player is assigned a unique max level cap determined by their age and ability. For this reason, the max level for some of the players that you currently own in PES 2018 may change during the update.
How the update will affect players
Players obtained in PES 2018 that will be carried to PES 2019:Carryover players whose max level is 30 or lower at the time of the update will be set to level 30 when PES 2019 goes live. (Updated on 16/10/2018)
Carryover players whose max level is 31 or higher at the time of the update will be set to the new max level for that player when PES 2019 goes live. (Updated on 16/10/2018)
If a player you obtained in PES 2018 is not included in PES 2019, he will be exchanged for a random player with the same rarity (ball colour) and registered position from those featured in PES 2019. Players received through this exchange mechanic will automatically be set to the max level for that player.
*Users cannot choose the players to exchange.
The above restrictions and conditions also apply to Legend players.*

New Live Update feature
A new Live Update feature will update players in areas such as their current clubs and their conditioning after playing in real-world matches. Updates are planned on a weekly basis. Build your team of well-conditioned players and show the opposition what you're made of!Additional changes to be aware of.
Events and player signings
In PES 2019, you can take part in themed events, including ones based around players' nationalities and current clubs. Each event will only allow certain players to participate, so we're lowering the price of a single player from 250 myClub Coins to 100 myClub Coins. What's more, you'll be able to use a new agent that can sign three players for a discounted 250 myClub Coins.Player signings via trades
There may be times when you own three of the same player, and now you can trade those in for one new player of the same rarity. This is a great opportunity for you to laser in on a key signing, such as a top-performing star player, favourite player, or even current players at theclub you support.Expanded inventory
This is another amazing feauture, the player and scout slot expansion system has been ditched and now there is a fixed inventory limits for each of them.<Player Slots>
You can keep up to 500 players signed via an agent or scout.

You can keep up to 150 scouts acquired through auctions or matches.
New items added
This time new items to help players learn new skills has been added.And that's not all. Items that can improve a player's positional suitability or a manager's management skill are also now available.
